The Taskrabbit for Business team is excited to support you and your customer with services ranging from assembly and mounting to painting and light carpentry. To ensure a seamless experience, please follow these requirements:

Account & Scheduling
- • Account Setup: After booking, the customer must complete their account setup by setting a password and adding a credit card at taskrabbit.com if they would like to tip their Tasker or book additional services.
- • Response Time: Our team will contact the customer within 24 business hours.
- • Lead Time: Provide at least 2 business days (M–F) notice before the requested start date.
- • Flexibility: Tasks typically take 2–4 days to complete; please remain flexible with dates and times.

- • Documentation: Upload a copy of the itemized IKEA shopping list(s) and verify the accuracy of all requested items.
- • Staging: Ensure all boxes are moved into the assembly room before the Tasker arrives.
- • Task Scope: Taskers handle unboxing, assembly, and mounting per the assembly instructions only; they are not responsible for trash or box removal.
- • Responsiveness: Customers should stay active via email and phone throughout the process to avoid delays.
